If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a prompt replacement or refund, subject to the following restrictions.
You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number can be obtained by e-mailing to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA number:
1) customer's name
2) date of purchase
3) invoice number
4) the nature of the problem.
No collect shipments will be accepted.
All defective products will only be accepted for credit, exchange within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will credit it back to the credit card when we receive the returned product. The shipping cost is not refundable.
All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. All products to be returned for credit must be returned 100% complete, in re-saleable conditon.
